Prepare Your Adhesive

• Shake Well:

Vigorously shake the adhesive bottle with the cap off while holding a nozzle wipe folded on the tip to prevent spillage, for 30 seconds to ensure the formula is well-mixed. This step is essential for achieving the best results with our Adhesive Max glue.

• Dispense Properly:

Dispense the glue as you normally would onto your preferred surface. *Using a glue ring or cup is the most effective way to preserve the integrity of the adhesive, ensuring it stays fresh for the longest period of time while working.

Simultaneously squeeze out any trapped air from the bottle while using a nozzle wipe to clean off any excess adhesive immediately after dispensing.

• Sealing the cap:

While keeping the bottle squeezed to release any trapped air, carefully place and twist on the clean cap. This helps maintain product integrity and prevents the cap from sticking.

Pre-Application Checks

• Lash cleanliness and state:

Check if the client's lashes are clean before applying adhesive, as any oils, makeup, or residue can prevent the glue from bonding properly, leading to poor retention and shorter-lasting lash extensions.

• Humidity and temperature:

Temperatures lower than 22°C (71.6°F), glue may dry slower.
Temperatures higher than 24°C 75.2°F, glue may dry quicker.

Humidity levels lower than 55%, glue may dry slower.
Humidity levels higher than 65%, glue may dry quicker.

• Primer Use:

Apply primer sparingly if necessary. Typically, only 1-2 drops per appointment are needed, ensuring optimal glue performance.

• Ideal Glue Conditions:

Essential for achieving the perfect drying time and ensuring excellent retention. We suggest using a hygrometer to keep track of your room's environment. You can regulate the temperature with a fan, air conditioner, heater, or radiator. To adjust humidity levels, consider using a humidifier or dehumidifier.

Retention can also be compromised if the adhesive is not fresh or if it’s stored and used incorrectly.

Improper use of our fast-drying Adhesive Pro can lead to poor lash retention.

High humidity and temperature causes the glue to dry faster than recommended, lower humidity causes the glue to dry much slower.

If your application speed isn’t adjusted for the faster drying time, extensions may fall prematurely within 1-3 days or even brush off by the end of the session due to weak attachment.

Retention checklist:

• Ensure the room's humidity and temperature are set to the ideal levels for optimal adhesive performance.
• Make sure the clients natural lashes are thoroughly cleaned using your favourite lash foam cleanser to remove any oils, dust or makeup debris. Rinse thoroughly before proceeding with application.
• After cleaning the lashes and applying eyepatches, use Primer to hydrate and balance the pH of the natural lashes.
• For optimal results, apply Primer as the final prep step to open the hair cuticles, allowing the glue to bond with more strength to the natural lash.
• For clients who touch their lashes often or sleep face-down, apply UltraBond as the final step to speed up curing and improve adhesive flexibility, reducing premature detachment.
• Verify that your eyelash glue bottle is still fresh, and always work with a new drop. Ideally, refresh the glue drop every 10-20 minutes. During hot weather conditions, change the glue dot more often.
• Apply an adequate amount of glue to each lash. A small bead or thin layer may not provide a strong enough hold for the extension to stay attached over a few weeks.
• Avoid adding a fresh glue drop to an old drop, as this contact can cause the adhesive to become thick and stringy much faster.
• Ensure your attachment is accurate and strong, with at least 2-3 mm of contact point with the natural lash and avoid any split bases for best results.

• Ideal Storage: Keep the lash glue in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, to preserve its quality and extend its shelf life.
• Shelf life: Adhesive Pro Lash Adhesive stays fresh un-opened for at least 5 months if kept in proper conditions. It stays fresh for 3 month once opened.
